Kooth 

Kooth.com is an online counselling and emotional well-being service. The main counselling service runs from Monday to Friday 12pm- 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 6pm- 10pm. This service is for the worries and concerns of young people to be answered online by trained professionals who can help signpost and give advice.

Catch 22 

Catch-22.org.uk provides specialist support for young people with drug and alcohol issues through  multi- professional team. Catch 22 provides counselling and pharma logical support for young people aged 10-21. The service offers whole-family work, support for specific mental health issues, mentoring and support around transitioning between services. Catch 22 also supports individuals with learning difficulties and disabilities up to the age of 25.

Samaritans

Samaritans.org is a charity that has a main 24 hour phone service with no waiting list or time limit. It’s also completely confidential. Calls are answered by non biased trained volunteers who offer emotional support and advice. The organisation also work in the community and offer workplace training courses on how to deal with challenging situations a work as well as doing workshops and talks with schools. The service also works with prisons and and supports people involved with trauma at railway stations.
