Volunteers week, thank you certificate

A certificate of thanks sent out to each of our volunteers, thanking them for all of the work they do (as detailed in the main post). The certificate is on a bright orange background and starts with the words 'Thank you from all of the Healthwatch Surrey staff team'. At the top left and right are some banners and to the right of the certificate are 3 colourful stars. At the bottom are the logos of Volunteers week and Healthwatch Surrey .
