Carers Strategy (2021-2024)
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) have refreshed their current carers strategy so that it reflects the priorities outlined in the most recent national and local policy.
They want to ensure the views and recommendations from members of the public, staff and local organisations are part of this strategy so they have created a short survey for you to complete. The consultation closes on 8th July 2021. Once they have reviewed the feedback they will share their findings. All responses are anonymised. Visit our Engagement Hub to complete the survey.
