Our opening times this festive season

This festive season our Helpdesk will be open as usual – just closing at weekends and designated public holidays:

Monday 23 December: open 9am – 5pm

Tuesday 24 December: open 9am – 5pm

Wednesday 25 December: Christmas day: closed

Thursday 26 December: Boxing day: closed

Friday 27 December: open 9am – 4.30pm

Saturday & Sunday closed

Monday 30 December: open 9am – 5pm

Tuesday 31 December: open 9 am – 5pm

Wednesday 1 January: New Years Day: closed

Thursday 2 January: open 9am – 5pm

Friday 3 January: open 9am – 5pm.

The Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (run by Luminus in partnership with Surrey Independent Living Charity – SILC) will be open until midday on Tuesday 24 December. It will then close, reopening at 9am on Thursday 2 January.
