Share your views with the Palliative and End of Life Care Commission – closing 28 March
Do you have experience of palliative or end of life care services in Surrey? You might be receiving palliative care, or be a family member or carer for someone receiving palliative or end of life care.
If yes – and you feel able to share your views – the Palliative and End of Life Care Commission would like to hear from you. They’re working to identify the strengths and shortfalls in provisions and the barriers which exist in the current system, in order to inform important legislation around end of life care and assisted dying.
Your views really could make a difference so please get in touch with them today. You can also submit evidence directly here – Submit Written Evidence | Palliative Care Commission (deadline for submission, 28 March 2025).
You can find information on the grief and bereavement support available in Surrey on the Healthy Surrey website – Grief and bereavement | Healthy Surrey.
If you have other experiences of health and social care and would like to share them with us, or need information and signposting about local health and social care services, please contact us.
