Are you an unpaid carer of someone with dementia?

Would you like to share your views on potential training for those supporting someone with dementia?

This short survey from the Surrey County Council Communities and Prevention team aims to gather high level views to enable them to better promote access to information, training and advice. They’d like to ask for your help in getting the message out to people directly affected by the issue so that the support offered can help as many people as possible.

The survey asks for views on the type of advice that people most need, how they’d like to take part in any training and whether they’d need stand-in support to attend.
