SEND, Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing services survey for parents and carers

Surrey County Council’s User Voice and Participation Team and Parent and Carers Advisors (PACA) are conducting a survey to give a voice to parents and carers of children who access Special Education Needs and Disability Services, Emotional Well Being or Mental Health Services in Surrey.
The aim of PACA and the User Voice and Participation Team is to ensure your feedback on SEND, emotional wellbeing and mental health services is heard in order to help change and shape future services.
