NICE HealthTech committees looking for lay members – vacancy open until 16 October 2024.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence currently have a couple of vacancies for standing lay member* roles on the committees which look at medical and diagnostic technologies (HealthTech).

*The standing lay member role appoints people to the committee for an initial tenure of 3 years. The committees meet, mostly virtually, at least once a month to assess the benefits, evidence and effectiveness of varying health technologies. Members of the committees are able to claim attendance expenses to honour the time spent preparing for and attending meetings. The vacancy is open until midnight on 16 October 2024
