Health and Wellbeing Strategy Survey

A new draft Health and Wellbeing Strategy has been developed for Surrey which focuses on the importance of prevention and addressing root causes of poor health and wellbeing.
This strategy is the product of unprecedented collaboration between the NHS, Surrey County Council, district and borough councils and wider partners, including the voluntary and community sector and the police.
They would like to invite you to take part in the online survey to know what you think.
