Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) engagement event
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) will be holding an engagement event in partnership with Public Health Surrey County Council to involve patients and the public in its work, focusing on the Surrey Integrated Sexual Health & HIV services. This will be an opportunity for patients to share their views and experiences of the service they have received from CNWL. The event will be led by staff who work in the service who will be available to answer any questions, concerns and compliments you may want to share. There will be a paper based questionnaire that patients will be encouraged to complete and hand in. For those who are unable to attend the event the questionnaire will be available on the Healthy Surrey and CNWL websites.
The event will take place on Monday 29th April, 3.30-5.30pm at Earnsdale Sexual Health Clinic, 2 Whitepost Hill, Redhill, Surrey RH1 6BD
