Adults Travel Policy – Public consultation – closes 31 December 2024

The  Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnerships (part of Surrey County Council), welcome your input into their draft Adults Social Care (ASC) Travel Policy.

The draft travel policy sets out the Council’s approach to the provision of travel assistance for Care Act eligible residents. The policy explains their obligations under the Act to promote people’s independence.

Therefore, as a person receiving support from Adult Social Care, the family member / carer of someone using these services, or another interested party, they would like your help in shaping the new Adults Social Care Travel Policy.
