Healthwatch Surrey is a contract held by the Community Interest Company, Luminus Insight CIC, known as Luminus.

As well as Healthwatch Surrey, Luminus holds a number of other voice contracts and projects, such as Giving Carers a Voice, Combating Drugs Partnership Public Involvement and our bespoke Community Voice Projects.

Previous work:

• We worked in partnership with Surrey Heartlands to deliver the Citizen’s Ambassador Programme, which ran successfully for 5 years until April 2023.
• As Healthwatch Surrey we worked with Healthwatch England during 2022 to produce the Holding to Account toolkit.
