Drop-in sessions at New Inn Surgery for information on registering with a different GP practice

Following Guildford and Waverley Clinical Commissioning Group’s announcement of the closure of New Inn surgery in Guildford with effect from 22nd November, patients will have to register with a different GP practice.
A number of drop-in sessions will be held at New Inn surgery to provide information about how to register with an alternative practice. Patients are invited to attend to get advice and support.
The sessions are available on:
Tuesday 29 October – 14:00 – 17:00
Tuesday 5 November – 16:00 – 19:00
Wednesday 6 November – 9:00 – 12:00
