NHS Wheelchair Services Workshop

The NHS in Surrey is designing a new wheelchair service for children, young people and adults and would like to hear your views!

A workshop is being held on Wednesday 17th April 2019, 10.30am-3pm at Dorking Halls, Reigate Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SG

Following on from their last engagement event, the aim of this workshop is to update you on plans for the new service, share details of the quality improvements they want to make as a result of your feedback and seek your views on key areas of the new service, including the introduction of Personal Wheelchair Budgets.

If you use wheelchair services in Surrey or know someone who does and would like to share your experiences and help design the right new service for people living in Surrey please register before 10th April 2019.
