East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) would like to invite you to a discussion on the future of health and care services, to help them prioritise changes and improvements that need to be made to ensure everyone continues to have the best possible care.

Unwarranted variation – ensuring this does not happen
Resources and how we use them most effectively
Equality of access and care for our diverse population
