Have you used hospital transport in Surrey provided by EMED?

5th March 2025

Non-emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) provided in Surrey by EMED is a free transport service for people who, due to their mobility needs or medical condition, are unable to travel safely by other means for medical care. It is transport booked in advance, not an ambulance called in an emergency. The transport booked may be a small minibus, an ambulance style vehicle or a taxi and may have the name EMED on it.

If you have used this service in the past year, please complete our online survey: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/HWSyEMED2025/

The closing date for the survey is Sunday 6 April 2025.

5 people who complete the survey before midnight on 6 April 2025 will be selected at random to receive a £10 voucher. Those selected will be notified within 1 month of the close of the survey.
