Share for Better Care week starts today!
Take 3 minutes to share your experience of health and social care services.
Today is the start of #ShareForBetterCare week – a national and local campaign to encourage people to share their experiences of health and social care.
Your voice plays a vital role in making services better. Every experience shared can help helps highlight what works and what could be better when it comes to your care.
Recent research shows the overwhelming majority of people in England – nearly 90% – want to see care improve. But 19% of people don’t think they have time to share their story, and 40% aren’t sure where and how to give their feedback.
How do I get involved?
Luckily, it’s quicker and easier than you think. And It doesn’t need to take long – the time it takes for the kettle to boil, or to wait for a bus.
You can share your story in as much or as little detail as you like. It can be about anything, from something as large as your journey through cancer treatment to smaller experiences like the meals you had in hospital.
Every story matters, and every story, good or bad, helps us to understand what works and what could be better when it comes to your care.
You can contact us to share your experience – via our online form or by contacting our Helpdesk.
