This report highlights our impact throughout the second quarter of 2023-24.

This quarter:

105 people have been supported through our Helpdesk

100 people supported by our Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service

463 hours have been provided by our volunteers

612 people receive our monthly Insight bulletin.

Our updates include:

  • Connecting communities with support
  • Making every contact count
  • Primary care: Supporting the use of the NHS App
  • Mental health: Shaping a positive listening culture
  • Social care: Ensuring people have the opportunities to feedback regarding care home closures
  • Involvement of people: Hospital responses to our reports about patient awareness of feedback opportunities.

Our report also includes the impact of our Helpdesk, our Advocacy service and our collaborative work with our system and community partners.
