Surrey Young People’s Mental Health – survey for the Wellbeing Festival

Amplify are looking for survey responses from young people aged 12-25, and who live in Surrey (including students who are away from Surrey for university) to inform workshop topics and the information booklet at the Mindworks Amplify Wellbeing Festival in February 2024. All answers will be anonymous, and participation is optional. If you would like to attend the Wellbeing Festival, keep an eye on the Mindworks and Amplify social media accounts as they will be sharing details soon.
