Help improve the experience and uptake of annual health checks and HPV vaccine
Are you a parent or guardian of a young person aged 14-17 with a learning disability?
Surrey Heartlands and Surrey County Council want to improve the uptake and experience of annual health checks and the HPV vaccine. They have asked an independent research company (Lighthouse Research) to talk to parents about this during October and November.
Interviews with people will last an hour and be conducted either in your home or a place that is convenient for you or using Zoom.
If you are eligible and invited to an interview then there is a £40 cash incentive for taking part as a ‘Thank You’ for your time.
If you are interested, please contact Lucy Evans on 07748184425 or lucy.evans@lighthouse-research.co.uk.
To be eligible, the young person you are a parent or guardian for needs to be aged 14-17 with a learning disability and eligible to be on a learning disability register with their GP practice.
